Hyunuk ( IN2IT / SKYE ) - into the night fever fanmade ? cheering board

this is a thick plastic rectangle which is only a little bit smaller than a4 paper. I think it's fanmade because of the names in the bottom right corner and the fact i cannot find infrmation on the internet about it.
